Patented automatic selection device for beaming or sizing machine. It is made up of a reed-support, a leas bar-bearing and a control panel, all assembled on rails. The operation is pneumatic and therefore requires a 6 bar air supply. The bearing is arranged for the joining of 16 warp beams. The leas bar-supports with two lodging slots, also allows the warping of an odd number of beams. The control panel has got a leas-bar selector to exclude bars in disuse - 2 cycle buttons - an earth button - a limit switch and a starting cycle switch and a programme selector (automatic or manual). The manual one allows separate multiple selections - a reed cutting out selector allows the leas bars to lift up more rapidly to facilitate the eventual research of yarns which may have been broken during operation . The utilized reeds are the usual "hook-reeds" which the machine is equipped with. The selection operation is carried out by a single worker and operating times are extremely short.
